We are based in the inner west of Sydney and we are happy to meet you personally if you are located nearby. Alternatively, we can organise a phone or Skype call to discuss the finer points. We can discuss your website needs and how we can plan, design and develop a site for you.
Website costs vary depending on your needs. After we have had a chat to discuss your goals and requirements, we will provide you with a detailed quote. Generally speaking, our small business websites start from around $3500 for a basic package.
Since every website is different, we give fixed estimates for each proposal.
Yes, like any other business, we need an initial deposit to show your commitment and to get things started. The deposit is needed to pay for fees that are required to build a website.
We do both. We understand many small businesses have existing sites that are not set up correctly, or need some modifications to get them working optimally. We will sit down with you and discuss your requirements, and come up with a personalised solution to attract and convert more customers.
The time taken can vary depending on the complexity of the design and whether or not you have the entire content ready to go. As a guide, we aim to have the website up and running in approximately 4 weeks.
Yes, we design our websites to be used on desktops, laptops, tablets and mobiles.
Yes. If you have your own domain name and hosting, great! If not, we can refer you to some providers. We do it this way so that you always retain full ownership to avoid any issues. A domain name and website are valuable assets for your company, so we believe you should always retain full control.
This is often asked. With more and more people searching online and researching products and services before purchasing, your business is being left behind if you don’t have an effective online presence. It also builds trust, works for you 24/7/365, and has a global audience. So no matter what business you are in, if you are not online, you will be overtaken by your competitors.
If it is older and not mobile responsive, then it may be penalised by the search engines as it will not be providing visitors with a good user experience.
On top of this, times have changed… attention spans are shorter than ever online. Your website is often the 1st impression that anyone will have with regards to your business. So if you do not grab their attention and provide the information they are after, they will click off. So having a well laid out structure is critical.
As well as this, having good security, fast loading pages, and adhering to recent website design standards puts your site in good stead and will give it the best chance to rank in the search engines.
Your website is an investment in your business. To get the most out of it, your site needs to be found in the search engines. Otherwise it is just a pretty business card.
SEO is a medium to long term endeavour. We look at both on-page and off-page factors to get the best results. There is lot to SEO, and we take care to set your site up the right way from the start.
Yes. At completion and handover of the project, we provide training so that you can hit the ground running.
We generally don’t provide content for your site, but if you don’t have the time or the expertise to be able to provide it to us, let us know and we can help.
